Body Fit. This is an upper body workout like no other; once you pick up those Dumbbells you’ll be hooked. This class tones the upper body from the hips up, tightens and firms your Chest, Back, Abs, Arms and of course those Shoulders…
Leg Fit. No weights with this one but don't be fooled by that, looks easy but works on the legs like no other exercise routine out there. Your Guaranteed to feel the difference in as little as 2 weeks. If you are new to Leg Fit please make sure that you inform your Instructor as they will give you some great advice.
Ab Fit. This class is the ultimate Core workout, engaging your Abdominals and Lower Back for 45 minutes and guess what? you won’t get bored and you’ll be amazed just how quickly the class goes. You’ll love it.
Box Fit. Get rid of all those frustrations in a healthy way. We’ll teach you all the boxing moves and punches and how to work the focus pads, great fun and a great workout.
Combat Fit. This is all about Sweat and Fun. You’ll have a great time punching and kicking, even if you consider yourself uncoordinated, we’ll work with you until you get it right, or just come on down and throw your arms and legs around like a lunatic for 45 minutes, either way its great fun.

Aerobics Fit. To all you budding Jane Fonda’s out there… It’s back to Aerobics old school style. Get ready to sweat and have some serious fun… Its Low Impact as well so your knees and hips will love it.
Kid Fit. This is just for the Kids aged 6 - 13 its all about having fun and getting fit. No ball skills required, Just like the Adults but specifically designed for the littlies.
Stretch Fit. We call it Stretch Fit, as it is a mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Stretching. You'll get a great workout and a great stretch all in one class; make sure you catch one as you will be pleasantly surprised on just how good you feel at the end of the class.
Step Fit. An oldie but a goody, Step has been around for a while now, but it’s still just as popular. If you want a great cardio workout and learn a few new steps you know where to go, just check the current timetable for class times.
